H1b+H4 Dropbox Visa Stamping Questions

I have my visa ( H1B + H4)  appointment in September 2022. I have the following questions 

a. My wife and me got married in USA. What are the supporting documents that needs to be submitted?.

b. My Wife on H4 was not working when appointment got booked and she started working after that and she is currently on H4 EAD. Could you please let me know if my wife's DS-160 needs to be updated with work information

a. I guess you might have got marriage certificate. Submit them along with some marriage photos

b. I feel Ds 160 need to be update to reflect correct details.

a) Mandatory: marriage certificate. Optional: marriage license if the state you reside in required you to apply for one, any photographs of marriage ceremony etc

b) you can mention it to visa officer that her work started after ds160 submission. Or you can submit a new DS160 but make sure that your visa appointment does not get cancelled while trying to replace the ds160. I have also heard that you can fill a new DS160 and submit it then take its barcode along with you to interview and tell the visa officer about it...they can access the info from the bar code.
