L1-H1B Travel back to india

Hi , 

I have applied for L1- H1 change of status. My H1 was picked in the lottery and i am currently waiting for approval status. 1) Once i receive the approval can i travel back to india. 2) Can i change my company in India and transfer the same H1 to a new employer even though i didn't have the stamping from first employer.

3) Can i change my company directly with a US company and apply for H1 B transfer.

 

Bottom line is can i transfer my H1 to another company without getting the stamping from original sponsor.

Work for the current H1b employer for a few months, collect paystubs and then transfer to another employer.  Good Luck.
