Hi Attorney_23,

Currently I am on TN visa. Can I apply for E-2 Treaty investor visa to acquire a operating business in USA. My husband is the principal beneficiary of a approved I-140 petition from his employer. Will my E-2 visa conflict with approved I-140.

An I-140 can be an issue with an E-2, however, the I-140 you mention is your husband's. You should speak directly with an immigration attorney to discuss your options.
