H1B - Change of Employer after Drop Box appointment booked

I had already booked a dropbox appointment for September 2022 with approved I-797 from Employer A. Now, I got full time with Employer B and a new I-797. Can I use the existing dropbox appointment (by filling out a new DS-160 and update profile in CGI portal). I don't see option to update Petitioner's Name and Receipt Number in CGI portal (which I filled with Employer A details when booking the appointment). Will updating DS-160 number alone suffice?
