485 pending changing job

Hi, I applied my 485, 765 & 131 in November 2021 to NBC but unfortunately after a month 485 got transferred to texas service center & 765,131 remained in NBC. Couple of weeks ago my 765 & 131 got approved. Based on TSC processing speed I don’t expect it to be approved in next 6-12months. Is it okay if I move to different employer as my 485 receipt date is more than 180 days?? How difficult is it to do 485j??
