Moving jobs after 485 pending for 180 days

Hello,

My PD is April 2011 (EB2- India) - moved 2 companies after 2011 (all product companies, no contracting) 

I filed for I140,485,131 and 765  in Nov 2021 , got my 131 and 765 recently (valid from June -2022 to June 2024)

I am thinking of moving jobs (similar occupation). Company I am thinking of moving to is also reputed product company.

 I have 3 options:

 

1.Get a job, File for H1B transfer, and start on receipt and apply for 485J since 485 has been pending for 180+ days . 

2. Get a job, Use EAD (765) to move , and have new company apply for 485J . I understand it might reset the 485 time, but is there any other downside / risk ?

3. Can I be unemployed on 765 ? I was thinking of leaving and looking out for another job ?
