I am up for H1B visa renewal in 2023. This year I had verbal altercation with my wife and in the heat of the moment, she called police. They came and spoke to us separately. My wife didn't say anything wrong about me. But the police took my name, DOB and gave us a card which has incident/ case#. So, my question is, will there be any problem when I do VISA renewal next year, or if I go for stamping here this year, or when I file for 0my GC/i-485 ? Quote Link to comment
