Registered Nurse - Schedule A - Priority Date

I am on H1B and my I-140/Perm process is not yet started . My wife is on H4 visa and got all the requirements to be eligible for Schedule A GC process like NCLEX, IELTS,VISA SCREEN,RN License and job offer from a health care facility .

1.Can an employer submit her I-140 petition along with I-485 adjustment of status to start the green card process ?

2.Once the I-140 is approved does she need to wait till her priority date to be current to proceed with I-485 as she is born in INDIA ?

3.If not , Can the employer submit I-485 in EB3 and as it would be in pending status , could she apply for employment authorization document and start working once she gets EAD ?

4.Is the GC process for schedule A category is similar to the regular employment based  GC for INDIAN born or any exceptions are there ?
