Travel on old employer Visa

I have a valid I-797 with new employer B till Feb-2024. I have changed my job from employer A to B in 2020 and my passport is stamped with old employer till Dec2022. If I plan to visit my home country (India) and not get stamping done (since appointments aren't available). By when I should come back with old visa to avoid issues at the port of entry in the US considering the visa is with old employer and only till Dec2022? How will this impact my I-94 dates as currently my I-94 is also till Feb-2024 because of extension done while I was in the US

You can enter till the expiry of the current visa stamp. Your I94 will be based on the H1 Petition approval expiry with B.
