Visitor Visa B2 with Family Based Green Card filed and pending

My Mother entered US in Dec 2021 and has I94 stamped until June 2022. We filed application for her Green card (I-130, I-693, I-485 forms sent to USCIS) and is pending (I-130 being reviewed).

With the above status with her Green Card application, please suggest if we should still file for her stay extension now to stay in USA beyond June 2022.

She should not apply for Extension of Stay. Not only is it unnecessary, but claiming that her stay will be temporary is fraudulent given that she intends to stay permanently.
