Need help - BEST GUESS ON MARCH 2014 priority Eb2 date India

Hello friends-  need help please.

I am an Indian citizen and have an approved I-140 with  March 2014 priority date Eb2.  This was done by my ex employer.

Current employer (fortune 50 company) has just filed my PERM in April 2022 and will go through the next steps premium where possible continued on Eb2.

2 QuestionS:

1)Based on the current processing times, when I can I expect my priority date to get current?

2)I am also trying to figure out the total amount of time it will take to get my EAD and then GC. 

I understand these are best guesses/estimates.  Thank u in advance.
