F1 OPT-H4 COS & H4 EAD

My spouse was working on F1 OPT for last three years and we applied F1-H4 COS on April 2021 along with H4 EAD.Its a standalone application,H4-EAD got approved on October 2021 and we received the card.

In USCIS page, change of status I-539 application is still showing as same status finger print fee was received. we contacted our attorney about this, on further enquiring with USCIS on December 2021 they confirmed change of status got approved but due to printer delay/issue they couldn't print the approved confirmation page.My attorney says, they raised multiple service requests to get the approval copy and every time USCIS respond with the same message and there is no way to expedite it.

Is there any resolution for this ? please share your thoughts!
