Job Portability Options

I'm with IT Staffing Company A for last 6 years and still working for them. My EB2 Priority Date is June 28th 2012. I choose to apply EB3 Downgraded  485 Petition on November 16th 2020 along with 140 Concurrent Filing  , EAD & AP.   My EAD and AP are Approved on Feb 16th 2022 but EB3(140) and 485 are still Pending. As I've EB2 -140 Approved in 2019, I choose to do EB2 Interfiling and same paperwork went in on February 1st 2022 along with 485-J ( Still with same employer, have proof of delivery to Interfiling address).  

My H1B visa is expiring on August 13th 2022 and mostly likely my employer planning to activate approved EAD and may not go with Option of extending H1B Visa. What are my Options to Transfer /change my employer for better using approved EAD while EB3 -140 Pending and EB2 Interfiling Proof of Delivery / EB2-140 Approved ?
