francat Posted April 18, 2022 Report Share Posted April 18, 2022 I am currently working on F1OPT which will expire within 2 months and have got my H4 approved with pending i-140 for my spouse. Is there any chance that I can go on unpaid leave with my current employer until my H4- EAD standalone gets approved? Will there be any legal issues? Quote Link to comment
