LS2011 Posted April 17, 2022 Report Share Posted April 17, 2022 Hi, I am on L2 visa with an EAD extension filed mid last year. The approval has not come through yet. I am already working on the 180 day auto extension period rule which is due to end on Apr-30. I have an approved i-485 EAD and was planning to move to that so that my employment is not impacted. Can you please confirm if it is ok for me to move to i-485 EAD without impacting my husband who plans to continue in his L1 visa ? Quote Link to comment
