Effect of Divorce on spouse dependent GC

Hi,
I was working in H1b and my spouse applied GC for me and I got my GC on Sep 2021, But i had wrong DOB in GC and Applied i-90to correct it, meanwhile my 12 years marriage fell apart. Now my spouse is planning to file divorce,

1. Will they reject my application due to this?

2. I just got GC before 6 month will USCIS see this as a concerning issue while processing 
3. Is there a way to expedite this 

4. If something wrong were to happen,can switch back to my H1B (I140 Approved)
