Job change when EB2 I 485J interfile filed

Hi Attorneys,

My I485 is pending for two years. I have EAD/AP. I am working on H1B with my GC sponsored company. I have EB3 and EB2 with them. Initially filed with downgrade EB3 . Now a week back interfiled I485J to change into EB2(one week old). My Priority date might become current in May visa bulletin under India EB2. Now I have another job offer with company B. Can I change the job now using AC21? what are y options?
