I've received my combo card but my downgraded I140 is still pending

Is it possible to travel on EAD/AP combo card while underlying I140 is pending.? or should i wait till its approved .? (applied 2020 Nov)

And also on the combo card it mentioned Fingerprints not available. Is this a problem when i re enter in to US.?

If use my EAD/AP in eb3 category for my travel, can i be able to apply for interchange when my EB2dates move current.? Or i am struck with EB3 as i used my EAD/AP.?
