Da1990 Posted March 28, 2022 Report Share Posted March 28, 2022 (edited) I have been in United States from 2016 till June 2020 on F1-visa until my stem extension of F1 visa expired . I am currently in India and my firm is planning to apply for a B1 visa on my behalf for a short business trip to US. In Dec 2019 while I was on F1 I was charged with Reckless Driving speeding in Virginia which is a Misdemeanour in the state. The judge reduced the charges to a speeding infraction in the final disposition. I was not convicted of a misdemeanour. Needed some guidance on what to answer regarding arrests and conviction in ds-160 which I am suppose to fill for my B1 visa.
