ay22 Posted March 5, 2022 Report Share Posted March 5, 2022 My lawyer sent a paper-based N-400petition 2 weeks ago with the front and back of my GC and a court dismissal document. It was a Marriage based petition ( 3 yr). The online status says, " Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS." Would you recommend that I upload supporting documents such as tax transcripts, marriage certificate, birth certificate, joint bank statements, etc, in my USCIS online account? I am wondering if it would accelerate the process by avoiding RFE. Or is it better to take these documents to the interview? Quote Link to comment
