chennai-drop box-Admin Processing

Hello

My Aunt 81 years, got B2 visa drop box recently(Her old B2 expired several years ago and hers is not a renewal application). Still she got Drop Box Appt.

Seems like a relative dropped her docs in Drop Box location recently. After a week, status shows "Admin Processing...generic message". Anyone got this experience in India consulates recently. Appreciate any feedback. 

We don't know what "Admin Processing" meant. They did not collect any docs apart from passport and payment receipt.
