Now if want to go back to old employer do i need to file transfer or just and work normally? My old employer not revoked my h1b so can i go back and just work with them? Or else do i need to file transfer again or do something before i work with my old employer? Zodiac System Posted February 22, 2022 Report Share Posted February 22, 2022 If the previous employer has not withdrawan your H1b and LCA, he is liable to pay your salary, therefore you should be able to go back to him. Better to check with an immigration attorney too. Quote Link to comment

As soon as you did that the employer was required by law to inform USCIS that you no longer work there. If they want to hire you back they ha e to file a new H1 petition for you.
