inforeqd 0 Report post Posted January 31 Hi There, My parents 10 years visitor visa is expired. I want to renew their visa now. However, they had to overstay in the year 2020 for six months when the flights were suspended. We had extended their visa at that time (paid visa extension fees) and never received any biometrics appointment from USCIS. They left US in Nov 2020. I wanted to enquire if I want to renew their 10 year visa as it got expired in March 2021. Do I contact embassy for some clarification around their overstay or can I directly fill the DS160 form and start the process. Any guidance would be much appreciated. No travel agents are giving any clear guidance on this case if they have overstayed in the COVID year. Best, Share this post Link to post
