CSPA protected child , now a F1 rejection - any action to be taken?

Friends,
My daughter turned 21 last year in Jan and in June 2020 I had applied for F1 for her. My EB3 I140 got approved in Oct 2021 and she got protection under CSPA. In the meanwhile her F1 got an RFE (responded to) and later a NOID (which was also responded to ). I got a rejection letter for her F1 yesterday which mentions that while the response for NOID was received on Oct 15,2021 and was in order, it reached the desk on Dec 30,2021 and since the I20 was no longer valid, the F1 was rejected.

It further goes on to state I can appeal this in 30 days with the filing fees. 

So my question is , do I need to respond to the rejection letter or since my daughter is protected under CSPA , it it ok to not take any action on the rejection?

I know it is very specific but maybe someone on the forum has ideas to help me?
