Hi all,

 

I am applying for B2 extension for my MOM. In form I-134 i have following questions. please help.

1. In form I-134 for Beneficiary Physical Address - should i enter my address as she is staying with me now in US or should i enter her India address?

2. In Beneficiary's children should i enter my name or is it intended only for someone travelling with her?
