VISH76 Posted January 16, 2022 Report Share Posted January 16, 2022 hi, I came to US with my current employer dec 2014.. after working for 1.5 years .. got notice of NORI.. due to employer submitted the client to which he is not having any SOW etc.. meanwhile my extension was under processing with new client in 2016.. by the time we got NORI decision my visa extension got approved and I was continue working with same employer got two more extensions after that and my I140 got approved 3 yrs back and I was currently in 8th year on H1B in US never visited India during this time.. Now I want to visit INDIA for personal reasons and when I am trying to fill DS160 there is a clause/point where it is asking did your visa got cancelled or revoked.. so what I need to mention now and what would be the risk of visiting India getting stamping successfully in this scenario.
