Overstayed in US on B1/B2 visa without filing extensionsion

My mother overstayed in USA in 2020 ( covid times)and extension of stay was not filed. her tourist visa is revoked now. We are US citizens. She is Indian citizen.

Overstay was less than 180 days from I 94 departure date. 

What are the options we have. Do we need to file any waiver ?

She can reapply for a tourist visa. COVID may be a helpful reason for the delay in leaving.
