I plan to visit my home country for first time H-1b visa stamping. I have an approved F-1(expired May 2021) and B-2 visa(valid until Mar 2024) stamped in my old passport. However, my H-1b petition by former employer in 2019 was denied. Do I still qualify for interview waiver?Thanks! Quote Link to comment
