Malar.sj3 Posted January 7, 2022 Report Share Posted January 7, 2022 I got my h1b visa stamped in october 2016. I travelled to US in March 2017 and was there till march 2018. Got my extension approved till December 2019 but I didn't use the visa and it got expired. Now am I eligible to file HNSC and what is the cut off period till when I can file HNSC.
