Wish you a very happy new year 2022 Currently, I got an offer from company A and they started my H1B transfer, in between when this process is going on I have received another offer from company B. Now if I plan to join company B and don't join company A will I be blacklisted from company A or will it impact on H1B transfer process and GC process in future ? Zodiac System Posted January 7, 2022 Report Share Posted January 7, 2022 If company A has just started the transfer, but not yet filed the petition with the Govt., please inform them immediately, as they will be spending thousands of dollars on your transfer as an investment in you.
