Bhupesh Mehta Posted December 30, 2021 Report Share Posted December 30, 2021 Dear All, Almost all forums and including the USTRAVELDOCS.com site mention criteria for the Interview Waiver for B1/B2 and one of the Criteria is - Current/Last visa issued from India. Recently I have applied and when I went to schedule the appointment it has asked questions about age, Current Visa is valid, Issued after 2008 ?? but it never asked whether it is issued from India or not. In my case the current visa was issued from UAE but still since it did not ask for from where the current visa is issued I got the message that - "Congratulations !! you are eligible for Interview Waiver " So Does it mean that the criteria of the last visa issued from the same country (India) are removed now?
