Intra company Transfer within same Company and I485 less than 180

Need advice on below scenario:

I140 Approved

I485 Pending less than 6 months

If I change the department with same role and job duties and no location change in the SAME COMPANY (Same petitioner), does the 180 days rule still applies and can impact AOS or not?
