Andy1981 Posted December 17, 2021 Report Share Posted December 17, 2021 (edited) My wife’s H4 EAD expires on 31-Dec-2021. Her H4 is not approved yet. My H1 is approved till Dec-2024. She is going to india for stamping(from US) on Jan-20. Will she be able to come back after stamping to US and continue working as per the new automatic extension ?
