H4 221(g) asking for a confirmation from USCIS permission to depart USA

We applied for my spouses H4 extension with my H1B extension in May 2020. Her biometrics was on April 2021. However, she had to travel to India due to a family emergency in May 2021. USCIS still processed her case and gave I 797 approval on June 2021.

Now, when she appeared for an interview at US Embassy in Mumbai India. The visa officer asked her of some kind of an email confirmation or some kind of a confirmation from USCIS stating they still have not abandoned her application per the attached document or permission to depart USA. Please help
