How to file I-130 for parent when other parent is deceased

I'm filing an I-130 for my mom. She was married once, to my deceased dad. I list her as widowed, and then I list my late dad as a prior spouse, but the way it comes out is that Spouse 1 for her is left empty, and my late dad's info appears under Spouse 2. 

Do I need to include him at all under prior spouses?
