EB3 concurrent filing sent to wrong address

My attorney sent my documents to Lewisville, TX for EB3 concurrent filing . 
Priority date : Nov 7th 2013 
Date sent to USCIS wrong address : OCT 21
Date received at USCIS at the right address NOV 1st 

I had received receipt notice for my I140 but nothing for 485, will USCIS consider the original sent date as OCT 21 as my attorney had requested or they will only consider the date they had received the case ?
