fnaanurag 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2021 Hi All, My mother went for the consular Interview in Mumbai couple of days back. During te interview they asked my Mon if she had visisted any otehr country other than USA, and she mentioned Canada, as she has stayed in Canada for 8months during the 2005-2006 timeline. She got the 221g for submitting the police clearance certificate from Canada. But I thought PC is only required if you have stayed more than 12 months.
