Filling I140 and I485 concurrently, fiance has tourist visa, can she travel on ESTA for marriage?

Hi,

My company is filling right now I-140 and I485 (my priority date is current).  My fiance and I decided to marry but she is in France (french), I cannot travel as my H1B visa stamp is expired and now that I485 is on going I got told I shouldn't leave before EAD/APA combo.

Can she come to the US in tourist visa for marriage (ESTA) ? 

Would that be against the 90 day rule?

Would that be a complication for future GC process for her?
