AC21 PORTING - I-140 REVOKE EMPLOYER

Friends,

Below is my situation could any one help to throw some light.

I-485 - Pending for last 730 Days

EB2 - EB3 - I-140 Downgrade Approved

Initial EB2 Approved in 2014 March.

If I invoke AC21 and Join new Employer ? Since my EB3 Downgrade I-140 is approved just 1 mont back incase if employer revokes my I-140 doest it effect
to port to different employer in AC21.
