USPS Form 1583 for non-US residents

I incorporated an LLC and would like to setup a virtual address. USPS Form 1583  requires me to provide two different types of identification. It looks like I can provide my passport, but what other ID can I provide if I'm non-US resident?

Answering myself, non-us resident should provide a photo ID (passport or national ID) and an utility bill to validate their home address
