June 2021 Posted October 1, 2021 Report Share Posted October 1, 2021 My H1b visa is stamped and valid till Sept 2022 for 'A' location. My husband's H1b visa is also stamped and active till Apr 2024 for 'B' location. We both are currently in India My husband would be travelling to location 'B' in Nov 2021. I checked with my client whether i can work from onsite location 'B' remotely for same project and client has agreed to do so. My question is , if i want to travel to 'B' location on H1b along with my husband (My client is at location 'A' and H1b is stamped for same location), do i need to file amendment / location change petition so that i can travel directly to 'B' location ? and is it possible or there is risk at immigration port of entry. Please let me know what formalities are needed for this scenario ? thanks Quote Link to comment
