VKumarP Posted September 27, 2021 Report Share Posted September 27, 2021 Hello All, I am on H1B and recently I changed Employer from A to B(in September 2021) but I applied H4 extension (in June 2021) for my wife with the Employer A approval notice (which is valid until June 2023). Could anyone please let me know if there are any chances of RFE or denials and is there any chance to update the H4 petition with the new approval copy (from EmployerB)?
