ankitgoyal14
I was previously working with employer A on an L1A visa who initiated my green card process with an EB1 petition and requested for an EAD+AP through concurrent filling. The EAD +AP was approved, and I re-entered the country with my EAD+AP. However, my I140 got denied afterwards, and I changed my status from EAD+AP back to L1 during re-entry into the country. I eventually got the H1-B lottery with employer A and changed my status from L1 to H1B upon re-entry. I moved employers from A to B by initiating a H1B Transfer. Does the time that I spent in EAD+AP status accrue towards the 6-year validity of my H1B? I know that USCIS deducts the time spent in L1 status from the H1B validity but not sure about time with status in EAD+AP Quote Link to comment
