EAD received but no Combo card for Primary Applicant

Hi All,

I have applied for EB2-EB3 downgrade and filed I-485 AOS with I-765 and I-131 concurrently on 10/26/2020 at SRC for myself and Spouse. After been waiting for almost an year, last week finally our I-765 (EAD) and I-131 approved and received approval notices. Yesterday got our EAD cards as well.

My Spouse received EAD combo card and no issues over there. I am the primary applicant, i received only EAD card and it doesn't have "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole" endorsement at bottom of the card and it has "Not valid for Re-entry" text.

Not sure whether it is USCIS error for not issuing combo card or might be getting AP paper doc separately? Anyone had this situation.

Not sure how to procced on this. Your input would be appreciated.
