My H1B stamp expired earlier this year and I have completed a DS160 application and actively looking for appointments in India and or Canada. I have a valid I-94/I-797. In terms of exclusion from eligibility for AVR: what constituents having a pending visa application? I want to visit Canada for a few days this year, but let’s say I have an appointment in Canada or India in 2022, will that count as a pending visa application? Quote Link to comment
