National interest waiver : Approved H1B: Renew in progress Priority Date: Oct 2013 Downgrade from EB2 to EB3 +i-485 Adjustment of status : Filed in Oct 2020.adjustment of status i-485 approved in oct 2020.downgrade no status update. Biometrics: completed on June 2021 Medical :no notice received form USCIS . But anyways I went and got my medical done on 13 Sep 2021 1) When do I get update for the downgrade? Can we do premium processing of downgrade (EB2 to EB3)? 2) I was wondering when can I expect my EAD and AP ? 3) Does my EAD+AP Depend upon approval of my Downgrade? 4) Should I have done my medicals in June 2021 or even earlier? 5) What will happen if dates retrogress next month.do I still get EAD+AP.
