My I140 is approved 5 years ago with employer A. Now I am moving from employer A to employer B. After I join the new employer B, does my new employer need to file Perm and I140 to get the next H1B extension? OR employer B can still request for next extension based on previously approved I140 from employer A? Quote Link to comment
