Any recent 1st H1B visa stamping experience in India with DUI /reckless driving?

Hi,

I was charged with dui a few years back and recently in early 2020 it got reduced to a reckless driving conviction. Now, I'm planning to go to India for first h1b visa stamping but knowing that there would be physical evaluation and other uncertainties, I would like to check here in forum if anyone has visited India for stamping with DUI in the recent past. If so, could you please share the total processing time, risks involved and outcome of the experience. I appreciate if you can post your experience here in this thread, so I would have insights about what to expect in my situation and also it would also help others who are in similar situation.
