EB3 Downgrade by Previous Employer

I have questions regarding pending I-485 application. My current employer has my H1B I-797 approved until March 2022. My previous employer applied for my EB2-EB3 downgrade. I have I-140 approved and EAD just got approved. I-485 is pending.


1) Can I join previous employer once the I-485 is approved? or do I need to join them with EAD approved?

2) My project at current employer is in a critical phase so I cannot leave them until December. I saw some posts suggesting that I can work with both employers under EAD. is that correct?

3) Company A pays more than Company B because the latter position is full-time in-house whereas the former is at a client location. Will it have any issue with I-485 adjudication?
