Submitting I-693 (medical) after I-485 receipt notice

Hi,

  Dec 2020:  I applied my I-485 (Employment based)

  Aug 2021: Applied I-485 for my wife (Dependent Employment based) ,

  Sept 2021: Received a I797 approval-notice that my I-765 (EAD)

                     Received a I797 Receipt-notice for my wife's I-485

                     Received an RFE for I-693 (Medical) for my application.

 

Both my wife, and I want to get our medical together. How can I submit my wife's I-693 as a supplement to her I-485 before we receive an RFE?

It is generally not a good idea to submit the medical exam after filing for adjustment of status and before the RFE is issued. The applicant should generally send the medical exam with the initial application or wait until the RFE is issued.
